The West Jessamine Colts (Nicholasville, KY) basketball crushed the visiting Burgin Bulldogs (Burgin, KY), 64-25 in Tuesday's league test.
The Colts (6-20) will now prepare for their test against Garrard County (Lancaster, KY). The Golden Lions go into the non-league test with a 6-23 record. In their last test, Garrard County was trounced by Southwestern (Somerset, KY), 64-43, in a non-league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 6-24 record. They play next when they host Highlands Latin for a non-league test on Friday, February 23. Burgin will encounter a Highlanders squad coming off a 67-45 non-league win over Brown (Louisville, KY). The Highlanders record now stands at 17-9.
