The Tri-City United [Montgomery-Lonsdale/Le Center] Titans basketball team (Montgomery, MN), was toppled 71-62 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Central Raiders (Norwood-Young America, MN)
The Raiders now possess a 10-18 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial for a AA Section 2 battle on Friday, February 23. Central will confront a Knights team coming off a 66-58 non-league win over Fairmont (Fairmont, MN). The Knights record now stands at 23-3.
The Titans (10-16) will now prepare for their battle against Triton (Dodge Center, MN). The Cobras come into the non-league battle with a 12-16 record. In their last battle, Triton beat Kenyon-Wanamingo (Kenyon, MN), 82-55, in a non-league battle.
