Colts Neck Cougars (Colts Neck, NJ) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Donovan Catholic Griffins (Toms River, NJ), 52-39 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Colts Neck upgrades its record to 15-8 on the campaign. The Cougars host Carteret (Carteret, NJ) to play the Ramblers in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 22. The Ramblers come into the bout with a record of 14-12. Carteret lost 70-51 in their recent non-league bout against Nottingham (Hamilton, NJ)

Next up, the Griffins play the St. Augustine Prep Hermits (Richland, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 23. Donovan Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 17-8 season record. The Hermits come into the bout with a 12-13 record after their 68-45 non-league loss to Lower Cape May (Cape May, NJ).
