In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Southern Guilford Storm (Greensboro, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Eastern Guilford Wildcats (Gibsonville, NC), by a count of 73-44.
The Storm (24-1) will now prepare for their outing against Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC). The Cougars go into the 3A Mid-State outing with a 11-14 record. In their last outing, Rockingham County smashed High Point Central (High Point, NC), 65-54, in a non-league outing.
The Wildcats now hold a 1-24 record.
