The Hillsboro/Central Valley H-CV Burros basketball team scored 76 points and held the host Valley City Hi-Liners to 70 in the H-CV Burros non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The H-CV Burros now sport a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Four Winds/Minnewaukan for a A Region 2 contest on Friday, February 23. Hillsboro/Central Valley will meet a Indians team coming off a 79-42 non-league win over Oak Grove Lutheran (Fargo, ND). The Indians record now stands at 15-4.
The Hi-Liners (11-10) will now prepare for their contest against Wahpeton (Wahpeton, ND). The Huskies enter the A Region 1 contest with a 13-6 record. In their last contest, Wahpeton nudged Standing Rock (Fort Yates, ND), 72-66, in a non-league contest.
