The Northeastern Eagles topped the visiting Holmes Aces basketball team by a final score of 62-53 in Tuesday's non-league battle.

The Eagles now possess a 18-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to First Flight for a non-league battle on Wednesday, February 21. Northeastern will battle a Nighthawks team coming off a 93-64 non-league win over Pasquotank County (Elizabeth City, NC). The Nighthawks record now stands at 16-9.
