The Waterville-Elysian-Morristown Buccaneers basketball team (Waterville, MN), was overwhelmed 74-35 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Maple River Eagles (Mapleton, MN)
The Eagles now possess a 21-24 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Waseca for a AA Section 2 battle on Thursday, February 22. Maple River will confront a Bluejays team coming off a 62-48 league loss to Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial (Lake Crystal, MN). The Bluejays record now stands at 15-9.
