Nicholas County Bluejackets (Carlisle, KY) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Robertson County Black Devils (Mt. Olivet, KY), 97-38 in a league bout.

With the win, Nicholas County upgrades its record to 16-13 on the season. The Bluejackets host East Carter (Grayson, KY) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 22. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 15-11. East Carter won 57-42 in their recent non-league bout against Russell (Russell, KY)

Next up, the Black Devils clash with the Bath County Wildcats (Owingsville, KY) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 21. Robertson County will attempt to upgrade on its 3-23 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 6-19 record after their 76-69 non-league loss to Russell (Russell, KY).
