In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Concordia Panthers (Concordia, KS) basketball squad edged the visiting Clay Center Tigers (Clay Center, KS), by a count of 42-38.
The Panthers (12-7) will now prepare for their outing against Wamego (Wamego, KS). The Red Raiders go into the non-league outing with a 14-6 record. In their last outing, Wamego was tipped by Marysville (Marysville, KS), 62-45, in a non-league outing.
The Tigers now hold a 11-9 record. They play next when they travel to Abilene for a non-league outing on Thursday, February 22. Clay Center will clash with a Cowboys squad coming off a 59-47 non-league loss to Chapman (Chapman, KS). The Cowboys record now stands at 0-20.
