Holton Wildcats (Holton, KS) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Perry-Lecompton Kaws (Perry, KS), 35-24 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Holton upgrades its record to 8-12 on the campaign.

Next up, the Kaws play the Atchison County Tigers (Effingham, KS) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 27. Perry-Lecompton will attempt to upgrade on its 7-13 season record.
