Minot Magicians (Minot, ND) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Williston Coyotes (Williston, ND), 74-64 in a league bout.

With the win, Minot upgrades its record to 28-7 on the season. The Magicians host Legacy (Bismarck, ND) to play the in a AA West bout on Tuesday, February 20. The go into the bout with a record of 17-4. Legacy lost 56-47 in their recent league bout against Mandan (Mandan, ND)

Next up, the Coyotes play the Jamestown Bluejays (Jamestown, ND) in a AA West bout, on Friday, February 23. Williston will attempt to upgrade on its 3-18 season record. The Bluejays go into the bout with a 5-16 record after their 54-51 league win over Dickinson (Dickinson, ND).
