Wilson Christian Academy Chargers (Wilson, NC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Greenville Christian Academy Knights (Greenville, NC), 29-24 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Wilson Christian Academy upgrades its record to 8-5 on the campaign. The Chargers travel to Union Grove Christian (Lexington, NC) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Friday, February 23. The Patriots come into the bout with a record of 15-3. Union Grove Christian won 34-26 in their recent non-league bout against Faith Christian (Ramseur, NC)
