Wando Warriors (Mt. Pleasant, SC) followers exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host West Ashley Wildcats (Charleston, SC), 16-1 in a league battle.

The Warriors now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Socastee for a 5A Lower District 5 battle on Monday, March 4.

In their next game, the Wildcats clash with the North Myrtle Beach Chiefs (Little River, SC) in a non-league battle, on Friday, February 23. West Ashley will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Chiefs come into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 17-8 non-league loss to St. James (Murrells Inlet, SC).
