The crowd at Tuesday's league test between the Gateway College Preparatory Gators (Georgetown, TX) and the visiting Marble Falls Mustangs (Marble Falls, TX), saw Gateway College Preparatory's soccer squad get by Marble Falls by a count of 2-1.
The Gators now hold a 8-6 record. They play next when they travel to Austin Achieve for a 4A Region 4 District 25 test on Friday, February 23. Gateway College Preparatory will meet a Polar Bears squad coming off a 5-0 league loss to Lago Vista (Lago Vista, TX). The Polar Bears record now stands at 6-12.
With the loss, Marble Falls drops to 8-7 on the season. The Mustangs host Luling (Luling, TX) to meet the Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, February 23. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 0-6.
