Santa Fe Indian Braves (Santa Fe, NM) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Santa Fe Prep Blue Griffins (Santa Fe, NM), 46-28 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Santa Fe Indian upgrades its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Braves host St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM) to play the Horsemen in a non-league bout on Friday, February 23. The Horsemen come into the bout with a record of 16-4. St. Michael's won 62-39 in their recent non-league bout against West Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NM)

Next up, the Blue Griffins play the Raton Tigers (Raton, NM) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 24. Santa Fe Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 1-13 season record. The Tigers come into the bout with a 1-8 record after their 79-51 non-league loss to Robertson (Las Vegas, NM).
