The Clark Cougars softball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting Marshall Rams to 12 in the Cougars league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Clark moves its record to 3-0 on the year. The Cougars travel to Highlands (San Antonio, TX) to clash with the Owls in a non-league game on Thursday, February 22. The Owls come into the game with a record of 1-4. Highlands won 14-7 in their recent non-league game against IDEA South Flores (San Antonio, TX)

In their next game, the Rams clash with the Reagan Rattlers (San Antonio, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 28 game, on Tuesday, February 27. Marshall will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Rattlers come into the game with a 4-3 record after their 14-3 non-league loss to Clemens (Schertz, TX).
