Washington High School Basketball - Pullman can't hold off West Valley

West Valley Eagles (Spokane, WA) supporters left the game happy Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Pullman Greyhounds (Pullman, WA), 55-48 in a non-league match.
With the victory, West Valley advances its record to 19-3 on the year. The Eagles host Grandview (Grandview, WA) to face the Greyhounds in a non-league match on Saturday, February 22. The Greyhounds enter the match with a record of 21-3. Grandview won 84-50 in their recent league match against East Valley (Yakima, WA)
The Greyhounds now own a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Prosser for a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 22. Pullman will encounter a Mustangs team coming off a 81-70 league loss to Selah (Selah, WA). The Mustangs record now stands at 18-7.
