The Iron Mountain Mountaineers basketball squad (Iron Mountain, MI), was crushed 49-27 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Gladstone Braves (Gladstone, MI)

With the victory, Gladstone advances its record to 19-1 on the year. The Braves host Gwinn (Gwinn, MI) to meet the Modeltowners in a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 25. The Modeltowners enter the battle with a record of 4-16. Gwinn lost 53-21 in their recent non-league battle against Westwood (Ishpeming, MI)

The Mountaineers now own a 6-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Calumet for a non-league battle on Tuesday, February 25. Iron Mountain will meet a Copper Kings squad coming off a 67-50 non-league win over Lake Linden-Hubbell (Lake Linden, MI). The Copper Kings record now stands at 14-6.
