Connecticut High School Ice Hockey - Ridgefield holds off Darien

In Thursday's league contest, the host Ridgefield Tigers ice hockey team scored a close 5-4 victory over the Darien Blue Wave.

The Tigers (12-6) will now prepare for their contest against Fairfield Prep (Fairfield, CT). The Jesuits go into the non-league contest with a 6-10 record. In their last contest, Fairfield Prep edged Greenwich (Greenwich, CT), 8-2, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Blue Wave play the Westhill Vikings (Stamford, CT) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, April 1. Darien will attempt to better on its 12-3 season record.
