The Simi Valley Pioneers triumphed over the host Agoura Chargers softball squad by a count of 8-3 in Friday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Pioneers meet the St. Bonaventure Seraphs (Ventura, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 23. Simi Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record. The Seraphs come into the battle with a 1-0 record after their 11-9 non-league win over Pacifica (Oxnard, CA).

With the loss, Agoura moves to 1-1 on the season. The Chargers host Royal (Simi Valley, CA) to meet the Highlanders in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 24. The Highlanders go into the challenge with a record of 0-0.
