Texas High School Softball - Peaster drops to Brewer

The Peaster Greyhounds softball squad (Peaster, TX), was routed 21-6 in Friday's non-league contest with the host Brewer Bears (Fort Worth, TX)

The Bears (4-3) will now prepare for their bout against Lake Howell (Winter Park, FL). The Silverhawks go into the non-league bout with a 1-2 record. In their last bout, Lake Howell was routed by Hagerty (Oviedo, FL), 11-1, in a non-league bout.

In their next game, the Greyhounds battle the Graham Steers (Graham, TX) in a non-league game, on Monday, February 23. Peaster will attempt to improve on its 3-4 season record. The Steers enter the game with a 1-2 record after their 9-1 non-league win over Alvord (Alvord, TX).
