In Monday's league outing, the Gladwin Flying G's (Gladwin, MI) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Harrison Hornets (Harrison, MI), by a margin of 63-16.
The Flying G's (7-10) will now prepare for their outing against Beaverton (Beaverton, MI). The Beavers go into the Jack Pine outing with a 9-7 record. In their last outing, Beaverton was trounced by Clare (Clare, MI), 47-32, in a league outing.
The Hornets now own a 2-14 record. They play next when they travel to Pinconning for a Jack Pine outing on Wednesday, February 23. Harrison will clash with a Spartans squad coming off a 42-33 non-league loss to Alcona (Lincoln, MI). The Spartans record now stands at 2-15.
