Georgia High School Baseball - Academy for Classical Education nips Wilcox County

The Academy for Classical Education Gryphons (Macon, GA) baseball nipped the visiting Wilcox County Patriots (Rochelle, GA), 4-3 in Tuesday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Gryphons encounter the Veterans Warhawks (Kathleen, GA) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, February 22. Academy for Classical Education will attempt to better on its 2-2 season record. The Warhawks come into the contest with a 3-2 record after their 9-8 non-league win over Bleckley County (Cochran, GA).

The Patriots now sport a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Lee County for a non-league contest on Friday, February 24. Wilcox County will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Lowndes (Valdosta, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 6-1.
