In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Charlottesville Black Knights basketball team scored a tight 59-58 triumph over the Fluvanna County Flying Flucos.
In their next game, the Black Knights meet the Staunton Storm (Staunton, VA) in a non-league match, on Thursday, February 23. Charlottesville will attempt to better on its 13-10 season record. The Storm enter the match with a 20-5 record after their 70-55 non-league win over Heritage (Lynchburg, VA).
With the defeat, Fluvanna County moves to 16-8 on the year.
