University of Detroit Jesuit Cubs (Detroit, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host De La Salle Collegiate Pilots (Warren, MI), 54-48 in a non-league bout.

With the win, University of Detroit Jesuit upgrades its record to 17-3 on the season. The Cubs travel to Brother Rice (Bloomfield Hills, MI) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Friday, February 24. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 19-1. Brother Rice won 65-47 in their recent non-league bout against Catholic Central (Novi, MI)

Next up, the Pilots play the Varsity Opponent (, ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 24. De La Salle Collegiate will attempt to upgrade on its 11-8 season record.
