Dexter Dreadnaughts (Dexter, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Monroe Trojans (Monroe, MI), 50-33 in a league bout.

With the win, Dexter upgrades its record to 4-16 on the season. The Dreadnaughts travel to Chelsea (Chelsea, MI) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Friday, February 24. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 15-3. Chelsea lost 83-81 in their recent league bout against Jackson (Jackson, MI)

Next up, the Trojans clash with the Huron Chiefs (New Boston, MI) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 22. Monroe will attempt to upgrade on its 3-15 season record. The Chiefs go into the bout with a 6-11 record after their 64-54 league win over Milan (Milan, MI).
