In Tuesday's league outing, the Dimond Lynx (Anchorage, AK) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting South Anchorage Wolverines (Anchorage, AK), by a margin of 80-34.
The Lynx (17-3) will now prepare for their outing against Eagle River (Eagle River, AK). The Wolves go into the 4A Cook Inlet outing with a 2-14 record. In their last outing, Eagle River was trounced by Chugiak (Chugiak, AK), 58-55, in a league outing.
The Wolverines now own a 5-14 record. They play next when they host Bartlett for a 4A Cook Inlet outing on Friday, February 24. South Anchorage will clash with a Golden Bears squad coming off a 66-53 league loss to Service (Anchorage, AK). The Golden Bears record now stands at 7-9.
