The Goodrich Martians basketball team scored 53 points and held the visiting Flushing Raiders to 43 in the Martians non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Martians now sport a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kearsley for a Flint Metro contest on Thursday, February 23. Goodrich will meet a Hornets team coming off a 74-52 league loss to Brandon (Ortonville, MI). The Hornets record now stands at 8-11.
The Raiders (6-13) will now prepare for their contest against Brandon (Ortonville, MI). The Blackhawks enter the Flint Metro contest with a 7-11 record. In their last contest, Brandon ran past Kearsley (Flint, MI), 74-52, in a league contest.
