The South St. Paul Packers tipped the host North Polars basketball team by a final score of 84-78 in Tuesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Packers face the St. Thomas Academy Cadets (Mendota Heights, MN) in a AAA Section 3 game, on Friday, February 24. South St. Paul will attempt to move on its 19-5 season record. The Cadets enter the game with a 17-5 record after their 61-53 league win over Two Rivers (Mendota Heights, MN).
With the defeat, North moves to 7-15 on the year. The Polars host Tartan (Oakdale, MN) to face the Titans in a AAAA Section 4 game on Friday, March 3. The Titans enter the game with a record of 13-10.
