The Platteville Hillmen basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the visiting Richland Center Hornets to 41 in the Hillmen league victory on Tuesday.

The Hillmen now sport a 17-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lancaster for a Southwest Wisconsin contest on Thursday, February 23. Platteville will battle a Flying Arrows team coming off a 81-57 non-league loss to Cuba City (Cuba City, WI). The Flying Arrows record now stands at 4-19.

The Hornets (7-15) will now prepare for their contest against Prairie du Chien (Prairie du Chien, WI). The Blackhawks come into the Southwest Wisconsin contest with a 8-17 record. In their last contest, Prairie du Chien was defeated by Platteville (Platteville, WI), 63-50, in a league contest.
