Michigan High School Basketball - Alpena knocked off by Dow

The Dow Chargers basketball team scored 47 points and held the visiting Alpena Wildcats to 32 in the Chargers non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Chargers now sport a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Davison for a non-league contest on Friday, February 24. Dow will meet a Cardinals team coming off a 30-25 non-league win over Bay City Western (Auburn, MI). The Cardinals record now stands at 6-14.
The Wildcats (7-13) will now prepare for their contest against Gaylord (Gaylord, MI). The Blue Devils enter the Big North contest with a 12-9 record. In their last contest, Gaylord ran past Cheboygan (Cheboygan, MI), 42-19, in a non-league contest.
