The Asheboro Hybrid Academy Warriors basketball team scored 46 points and held the visiting Shining Light Academy Knights to 29 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Warriors now sport a 7-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Jackson Day for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 23. Asheboro Hybrid Academy will meet a Mariners team coming off a 66-19 non-league loss to Liberty Preparatory Christian (Mooresville, NC). The Mariners record now stands at 10-9.
