Mancelona Ironmen (Mancelona, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Bellaire Eagles (Bellaire, MI), 36-33 in a league bout.

With the win, Mancelona upgrades its record to 8-13 on the season. The Ironmen host Roscommon (Roscommon, MI) to play the Bucks in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 23. The Bucks go into the bout with a record of 3-17. Roscommon lost 68-15 in their recent league bout against Evart (Evart, MI)

Next up, the Eagles play the Boyne City Ramblers (Boyne City, MI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 23. Bellaire will attempt to upgrade on its 11-8 season record. The Ramblers go into the bout with a 7-14 record after their 42-32 league win over Charlevoix (Charlevoix, MI).
