In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Peotone Blue Devils (Peotone, IL) basketball squad beat the visiting St. Joseph-Ogden Spartans (St. Joseph, IL), by a count of 55-39.
The Blue Devils (31-1) will now prepare for their outing against Fieldcrest (Minonk, IL). The Knights go into the non-league outing with a 31-3 record. In their last outing, Fieldcrest defeated Bishop McNamara (Kankakee, IL), 56-33, in a non-league outing.
The Spartans now hold a 16-16 record.
