In Tuesday's league test, the host Carolina Forest Panthers lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-4 victory over the Myrtle Beach Seahawks.
The Panthers now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Waccamaw for a game on Thursday, February 23. Carolina Forest will encounter a Warriors team coming off a 8-1 league loss to St. James (Murrells Inlet, SC). The Warriors record now stands at 0-2.
The Seahawks (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Socastee (Myrtle Beach, SC). The Braves go into the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Socastee nudged North Myrtle Beach (Little River, SC), 14-6, in a non-league game.
