In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Wakefield School Fighting Owls (The Plains, VA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Quantico Warriors (Quantico, VA), by a count of 65-28.

The Fighting Owls (14-4) will now prepare for their outing against Randolph-Macon Academy (Front Royal, VA). The Yellow Jackets go into the non-league outing with a 19-3 record. In their last outing, Randolph-Macon Academy smashed Tandem Friends (Charlottesville, VA), 74-42, in a non-league outing.

The Warriors now hold a 2-9 record.
