In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Athens Christian Eagles basketball team scored a decisive 66-14 triumph over the Social Circle Redskins.
In their next game, the Eagles meet the Trion Bulldogs (Trion, GA) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 23. Athens Christian will attempt to move on its 22-4 season record. The Bulldogs enter the match with a 21-6 record after their 48-29 non-league win over Paideia (Atlanta, GA).
With the defeat, Social Circle moves to 10-17 on the year.
