Troy Colts (Troy, MI) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Southfield Arts & Tech Warriors (Southfield, MI), 59-45 in a league bout.

With the win, Troy upgrades its record to 12-8 on the season. The Colts travel to Farmington (Farmington, MI) to play the Falcons in a Oakland - Blue bout on Friday, February 23. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 1-17. Farmington lost 58-23 in their recent league bout against Athens (Troy, MI)

Next up, the Warriors play the Athens Red Hawks (Troy, MI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 23. Southfield Arts & Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record. The Red Hawks come into the challenge with a 9-10 record after their 48-31 non-league loss to Hamady (Flint, MI).
