Florida High School Lacrosse - Alonso drops to Mitchell

Mitchell Mustangs (New Port Richey, FL) boosters exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Alonso Ravens (Tampa, FL), 18-5 in a non-league battle.

The Mustangs now own a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they host Palm Harbor University for a non-league battle on Friday, February 23. Mitchell will clash with a Hurricanes squad coming off a 17-7 non-league loss to Lakeland (Lakeland, FL). The Hurricanes record now stands at 2-2.

In their next game, the Ravens clash with the Robinson Knights (Tampa, FL) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, February 22. Alonso will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Knights come into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 15-4 non-league loss to Cypress Creek (Wesley Chapel, FL).
