The East Union Urchins (Blue Springs, MS) baseball trounced the host Ingomar Falcons (New Albany, MS), 13-3 in Friday's non-league challenge.
The Urchins now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ripley for a non-league test on Saturday, February 22. East Union will play a Tigers team coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to South Pontotoc (Pontotoc, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 0-2.
With the defeat, Ingomar drops to 0-2 on the year. The Falcons travel to Houlka (Houlka, MS) to play the Wildcats in a non-league test on Tuesday, February 25. The Wildcats come into the outing with a record of 1-3. Houlka lost 15-5 in their recent non-league outing against Calhoun City (Calhoun City, MS)
