In Friday's non-league bout, the St. Patrick Fighting Irish (Biloxi, MS) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Pearl River Central Blue Devils (Carriere, MS), by a score of 12-2.
Next up, the Fighting Irish encounter the West Harrison Hurricanes (Gulfport, MS) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 22. St. Patrick will attempt to advance on its 3-4 season record. The Hurricanes enter the bout with a 2-1 record after their 11-1 non-league win over Pass Christian (Pass Christian, MS).
The Blue Devils (2-3) will now prepare for their bout against Oak Forest Academy (Amite, LA). The Yellowjackets enter the non-league bout with a 1-0 record.
