Virginia High School Basketball - Central Wise defeats Union

The Central Wise Warriors (Norton, VA) basketball were winner over the visiting Union Bears (Big Stone Gap, VA), 56-39 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Warriors now possess a 16-4 record. They play next when they host Marion for a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 25. Central Wise will play a Scarlet Hurricanes team coming off a 67-59 league loss to Lebanon (Lebanon, VA). The Scarlet Hurricanes record now stands at 12-12.
With the loss, Union falls to 8-8 on the campaign. The Bears travel to Graham (Bluefield, VA) to play the G-Men in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 25. The G-Men go into the bout with a record of 16-4. Graham lost 70-61 in their recent league bout against Virginia High (Bristol, VA)
