The Eunice Cardinals basketball team scored 55 points and limited the visiting Loving Falcons to 36 in the Cardinals league triumph on Friday.

The Cardinals now have a 18-8 record. They play next when they host Tatum for a 2A District 4 game on Monday, February 24. Eunice will confront a Coyotes team coming off a 79-36 league loss to Texico (Texico, NM). The Coyotes record now stands at 6-20.

With the loss, Loving falls to 5-20 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Hagerman (Hagerman, NM) to confront the Bobcats in a 2A District 4 game on Monday, February 24. The Bobcats go into the game with a record of 16-9. Hagerman lost 61-52 in their recent league game against Jal (Jal, NM)
