The South Central Rebels (Elizabeth, IN) basketball crushed the visiting New Washington Mustangs (New Washington, IN), 65-40 in Friday's league bout.
The Rebels now possess a 13-7 record. They play next when they host Springs Valley for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 22. South Central will play a Blackhawks team coming off a 72-66 league loss to Crawford County (Marengo, IN). The Blackhawks record now stands at 5-15.
With the loss, New Washington falls to 4-15 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Switzerland County (Vevay, IN) to play the Pacers in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 22. The Pacers go into the bout with a record of 11-9. Switzerland County won 53-51 in their recent league bout against Jac-Cen-Del (Osgood, IN)
