The Akron-Fairgrove Vikings basketball squad (Fairgrove, MI), was crushed 46-13 in Friday's league battle with the visiting All Saints Central Cougars (Bay City, MI)
With the victory, All Saints Central advances its record to 9-8 on the year. The Cougars host Whittemore-Prescott (Whittemore, MI) to meet the Cardinals in a non-league battle on Monday, February 24. The Cardinals enter the battle with a record of 5-16. Whittemore-Prescott lost 39-30 in their recent league battle against Alcona (Lincoln, MI)
The Vikings now own a 5-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Caseville for a North Central Thumb - Stripes battle on Tuesday, February 25.
