In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Lipscomb Academy Mustangs basketball team scored a good 53-44 triumph over the Harpeth Hall Honeybears.

The Mustangs (25-3) will now prepare for their contest against Christ Presbyterian Academy (Nashville, TN). The Lions go into the non-league contest with a 17-5 record. In their last contest, Christ Presbyterian Academy topped Ensworth (Nashville, TN), 49-45, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Honeybears battle the Chattanooga Christian Chargers (Chattanooga, TN) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 25. Harpeth Hall will attempt to better on its 12-10 season record. The Chargers go into the contest with a 19-8 record after their 61-22 non-league win over Baylor (Chattanooga, TN).
