In Friday's league test, the East Lake Eagles (Tarpon Springs, FL) lacrosse team overwhelmed the visiting Wesley Chapel Wildcats (Wesley Chapel, FL), by a count of 8-2.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Robinson Knights (Tampa, FL) in a non-league test, on Monday, February 24. East Lake will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Knights enter the test with a 3-1 record after their 6-5 non-league win over Tampa Prep (Tampa, FL).

The Wildcats (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Cypress Creek (Wesley Chapel, FL). The Coyotes enter the 2A D10 test with a 1-3 record. In their last test, Cypress Creek was overwhelmed by Palm Harbor University (Palm Harbor, FL), 17-1, in a non-league test.
