Louisiana High School Baseball - A.J. Ellender loses to Patterson

February 21, 2026: Houma, LA 70363

Patterson Lumberjacks (Patterson, LA) supporters exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they saw their baseball team beat the host A.J. Ellender Patriots (Houma, LA), 13-6 in a non-league game.

The Lumberjacks (2-5) will now prepare for their game against Franklin (Franklin, LA). The Hornets go into the non-league game with a 1-5 record.

Next, the Patriots play the Thomas Jefferson (Gretna, LA) in a non-league match, on Monday, February 23. A.J. Ellender will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The come into the match with a 1-5 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Pearl River (Pearl River, LA).
