The Bobcats now possess a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lufkin for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 21. Orangefield will confront a Panthers team coming off a 6-5 non-league win over Hardin-Jefferson (Sour Lake, TX). The Panthers record now stands at 3-7.

With the loss, Kirbyville moves to 8-5 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Hamshire-Fannett (Hamshire, TX) to meet the Longhorns in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 21. The Longhorns enter the challenge with a record of 7-1. Hamshire-Fannett won 7-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Lufkin (Lufkin, TX)
