Greenville Red Raiders (Greenville, SC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad edge the host Chapin Eagles (Chapin, SC), 7-6 in a non-league battle.
The Red Raiders now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Byrnes for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 25. Greenville will clash with a Rebels squad coming off a 20-3 non-league win over Hillcrest (Simpsonville, SC). The Rebels record now stands at 1-0.
In their next game, the Eagles clash with the Spring Valley Vikings (Columbia, SC) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 4. Chapin will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record. The Vikings come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 20-1 league loss to Lexington (Lexington, SC).
